Rebecca M. Clouser was born in Hanover, Pennsylvania in 1982. She graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. In 2007, Ms. Clouser received her law degree from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Clouser was a law clerk for Peters & Wasilefski. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2007. Ms. Clouser’s practice focuses primarily on issues involving employment law and workers’ compensation. Ms. Clouser devotes a substantial portion of her practice to workers’ compensation providing representation and counseling to insurance carriers, third party administrators and self-insured employers.
Ms. Clouser is a member of the Dauphin County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Defense Institute, the Defense Research Institute, and the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
